PVC Internal Lubricant
ZT Series PVC Internal Lubricant is neutral saturated fatty alcohol dicarboxylic acid ester, its character is milky white or light yellow flaky or flowing powder, non-toxic and tasteless, insoluble in water, soluble in tributyl phosphate and trichloromethane, which can be used in the processing of PVC soft and hard products.
This lubricant has good compatibility with PVC and is not easy to be precipitated out.
It has especially suitable for non-toxic, transparent PVC products processing. Such as: transparent sheet, granule, card substrate, etc. PVC foaming board, aluminum-plastic board, pipe, pipe fitting, heat shrink film etc.
